Fivestar Bailiff & Civil Enforcement Services Incorporated located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, was founded in 2016.

 

We are the only full-service civil enforcement agency in Atlantic Canada and provide coverage across the Maritimes.

Our head office is located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia with a satellite office in Moncton, New Brunswick.

Our Bailiff services have resulted in the formation of supportive subsidy companies such as 5 Star Security Services, FSB Property Management, The Dupin Agency - Private Investigations, and Fivestar Cyber Security. Each of these diversified companies comes together under the Fivestar Bailiff umbrella with each specializing in its own respective lines of business.

Fivestar Bailiff currently provides employment for over 40 full-time employees. Our Management team, security guards, and highly trained uniformed Bailiffs provide unparalleled services to our clientele. Our expertise in provincial civil laws, along with our Nova Scotia provincial government contract, results in a close working relationship with local law enforcement.

Our objective is to provide unique Bailiff services (process serving, asset recovery, tenancy) for all financial institutions, law firms, bankruptcy, and estate trustees, insurance companies, commercial landlords, government, and the general public.
